We select the best Piquillo peppers, grill them on beech wood and peel them without immersing them in water, to preserve all their flavor. We garnish them with a delicate hake and shrimp béchamel and wrap them in a delicious Spanish sauce. It's a very long process, but the result is truly delicious.
