We select the best Piquillo peppers, grill them on beech wood and peel them without immersing them in water, to preserve all their flavor. We garnish them with a delicate porcini mushroom béchamel (Boletus edulis) to which a pippin apple sauce adds a sweet and sour note. This product contains only 1.8% fat.
