Scallops with Vieira sauce 120 gr.

Scallops in sauce come from the estuaries of Galicia, which gives them a sweet and particular flavor. We prepare them in a sauce which consists of a stir-fry which is very appreciated by all our customers.

Ingredients: Scallops 45%, sunflower oil, onion, white wine, tomato, rice flour, spices and salt.
