Pasteurized sheep's milk, truffle pâté 3% (65% mushrooms (AgaricusBispora), sunflower oil, 10% (Boletus Edulis and corresponding group), 8% black truffle (Tuber AestivumVitt.), salt, pepper, parsley, truffle and garlic, salt, stabilizer: calcium chloride, rennet, lactic fermentation and preservative: lysozyme (contains eggs).

Conditions of storage and use

Store at a temperature of 6 to 8ºC and consume at room temperature.
