The particularity of forest honey lies in its mixture of nectars and honeydew. Harvested in the mountainous massifs of the Iberian Peninsula, it is always dark, sometimes almost black, its aromas evoke the undergrowth and dead leaves, it has sweet flavors of menthol and woody notes. This honey is very rich in trace elements.
