Lamb with Chilindron

- 1 and a half kg of lamb shoulder
- 2 onions
- 3 red peppers
- 1 glass of red wine
- 1 glass of white wine
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper

- Cooking 45 min.
- Cut the lamb shoulder into pieces.
- Brown these pieces of meat in a fire-safe earthenware dish. Salt and pepper.
- As soon as the meat is browned on all sides, add the sliced onions and the peppers cut into strips.
- Mix well.
- Leave to brown for a few moments, pour in the glass of white wine, then the glass of red wine, and finally a glass of water.
- Cook over very low heat for 45 minutes.
- Serve in the earthenware baking dish.
