Ajoblanco Malaga
Ingredients : (for 4 people)
- Almonds 400 gr.
- Stale bread 100 gr.
- Olive oil 100ml.
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
- Water 500ml.
- Small bunch of grapes
Difficulty : Easy
- Total time 25 mins.
- Elaboration 25 min.
- In a blender, add the almonds, garlic, bread and water.
- Leave to stand for 5 minutes before blending.
- Mix until you get a homogeneous texture.
- Gradually pour in the olive oil.
- Add the salt and leave to cool in the fridge.
- For the garnish, remove the grapes, cut them in half, and arrange them in your Ajoblanco.
