Ajoblanco Malaga

Ingredients : (for 4 people)
  • Almonds 400 gr.
  • Stale bread 100 gr.
  • Olive oil 100ml.
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt
  • Water 500ml.
  • Small bunch of grapes

Difficulty : Easy

  • Total time 25 mins.
  • Elaboration 25 min.
  1. In a blender, add the almonds, garlic, bread and water.
  2. Leave to stand for 5 minutes before blending.
  3. Mix until you get a homogeneous texture.
  4. Gradually pour in the olive oil.
  5. Add the salt and leave to cool in the fridge.
  6. For the garnish, remove the grapes, cut them in half, and arrange them in your Ajoblanco.
