Meatballs
Ingredients for 4 persons)
- 600 gr. minced pork
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
- 100 gr. of bread
- 1/2 glass of milk
- flour
- 500 gr. tomato coulis
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper

- Cooking 25 min.
- In a salad bowl, mix the ground meat, eggs, bread soaked in milk, parsley and chopped garlic to make the stuffing.
- Add salt and pepper and leave to rest for 1 hour.
- Make meatballs with the stuffing.
- Roll the meatballs in flour and fry them for 5 minutes in hot oil.
- Remove the meatballs and place them on absorbent paper.
- In a saucepan, heat the tomato coulis, then place the meatballs in it. Leave to simmer gently for ten minutes.
Serve very hot.
