Ink squid
Ingredients for 4 persons)
- 1 kg of squid
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper

- Cooking 40 min.
- Clean the squid well with lukewarm water, carefully storing the ink in a glass.
- Cut the squid into pieces and set aside.
- Chop the garlic and onion and brown them in a pan with a little oil for a few minutes.
- Pour the ink and a little water into the pan. Add salt and pepper and simmer for a few moments.
- Remove from heat and mix.
- Return the mixed sauce to a saucepan and add the squid cut into pieces.
- Cook over low heat for half an hour. Serve the squid with white rice.
