Ingredients for 4 persons)
  • 1 kg of squid
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Clean the squid well with lukewarm water, carefully storing the ink in a glass.
  2. Cut the squid into pieces and set aside.
  3. Chop the garlic and onion and brown them in a pan with a little oil for a few minutes.
  4. Pour the ink and a little water into the pan. Add salt and pepper and simmer for a few moments.
  5. Remove from heat and mix.
  6. Return the mixed sauce to a saucepan and add the squid cut into pieces.
  7. Cook over low heat for half an hour. Serve the squid with white rice.
