All our charcuterie comes from the valleys of los Pedroches and Alto Guadiato in the Córdoba region of southern Spain. The Pedroches region is a charcuterie PDO based in Spain and specialized in Iberian black pig. We have selected what we believe to be the best traditional techniques and natural products to offer our customers a finished product of exceptional quality.
