Bacalao Croquettes
Ingredients : (for 4 people)
- Desalted cod 350 gr.
- Milk 750ml.
- Olive oil 75ml.
- Flour 80 gr.
- Nutmeg
- Chive
- breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs

Difficulty : easy
- Total time 5 0 min.
- Elaboration 10 min.
- Cooking 40 mins.
- Cut the cod into small pieces.
- Pour 75 cl. of olive oil in a saucepan.
- Add the cod and heat.
- Add the flour as soon as it begins to boil.
- Pour the milk little by little without stopping stirring for 15-20 minutes.
- Add the nutmeg and chives.
- Leave to cool in a dish.
- Roll into balls using a tablespoon.
- Flour, dip in egg and then with breadcrumbs.
- Fry in a pan with plenty of olive oil.
