Ensaladilla rusa
Ingredients : (for 4 people)
- 1 potato
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 can of canned tuna
- Peas 30 gr.
- 2 carrots
- Green olives 50 gr.
- Canned Roasted Red Pepper
- Mayonnaise 200 gr.
Difficulty : Medium
- Total time 40 mins.
- Elaboration 20 min.
- Cooking 20 mins.
- Boil the potato and carrots in water for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the peas.
- In another saucepan, boil 2 hard-boiled eggs.
- In a bowl, mash the egg yolks with a fork. Set the egg white aside.
- Cut the potato and carrots into small squares. Crush the egg white.
- Add the whole thing with the peas, olives and tuna.
- Mix the preparation with the mayonnaise.
- Arrange two red peppers on the dish.
Recommendations: Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before consuming.
