Production of broths
Discover how broths are made
Broths are a basic cuisine, prepared from the consumption and extraction of flavors in the bottom of saucepans and casseroles. We collect dry products, such as vegetables, bones and/or meat to create a thick juice that we can then use for cooking. Broths are rich in essential nutrients for our health. They give more flavor to cooked dishes thanks to the intense flavors developed during simmering.
