Gambas al ajillo
- Raw shrimp 400 gr.
- 5/6 cloves of garlic
- 2 lemons
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet pepper
- 8 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper

- Peel the shrimp and cut the garlic cloves into small pieces.
- In a frying pan, heat the olive oil with the garlic and chilli pepper, until golden brown.
- Add the shrimp and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Add the chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper and reduce the heat to low for 2 minutes.
For presentation, pour the contents (including the oil) into a clay dish or small frying pan. Serve with bread.
