Huevos rotos con jamon

Ingredients : (for 4 people)
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 potatoes
  • Iberian ham 200 gr.
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

  1. Cut the potatoes into slices.
  2. Rinse and drain.
  3. Pour 100-150 ml of olive oil into a frying pan and heat to medium heat.
  4. Add the potatoes and cook until golden brown.
  5. Remove and place on a plate.
  6. On top, place the pieces of Iberian ham.
  7. Fry 4 eggs in the oil that we have left in the pan.
  8. Add a pinch of salt.
