Huevos rotos con jamon
Ingredients : (for 4 people)
- 4 eggs
- 3 potatoes
- Iberian ham 200 gr.
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Cut the potatoes into slices.
- Rinse and drain.
- Pour 100-150 ml of olive oil into a frying pan and heat to medium heat.
- Add the potatoes and cook until golden brown.
- Remove and place on a plate.
- On top, place the pieces of Iberian ham.
- Fry 4 eggs in the oil that we have left in the pan.
- Add a pinch of salt.
