Cod with potatoes
A very popular Spanish dish, this dish of Cod mixed with potatoes is an essential element in the Iberian culinary culture
Ingredients for 4 persons :
- Desalted cod 800 gr.
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 potatoes
- 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt pepper
- Cut the cod into pieces and brown it in a stewpot with a little olive oil.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into large cubes. Put them in the pot.
- Stir, then pour a large glass of water.
- Add the parsley and minced garlic.
- Lightly salt and pepper.
- Simmer over low heat for half an hour. Serve hot.
