Mixed salad (Ensalada mixta)
Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 1 lettuce
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 white onion
- Canned tuna in olive oil 100 gr.
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 12 olives
- Olive oil
- sweet vinegar
- Salt pepper
- Use a large, non-hollow serving dish.
- Arrange the lettuce leaves, carefully washed and drained, then the tomatoes and the eggs cut into quarters and the onion cut into fine models.
- Add the coarsely crumbled tuna and the olives.
- Season before serving. The mixed salad must be generously salted and oiled.
- Do not mix the ingredients. The seasoning must be done directly on the serving dish.
- Cut the cod into pieces and brown it in a stewpot with a little olive oil.
