Sopa de ajo castellana
Ingredients : (for 4 people)
- 8 garlic cloves
- Bread 600 gr.
- 2 tbsp sweet paprika
- 2 fresh chorizos
- Iberian ham 150 gr.
- 1 liter of meat caldo
- 4 eggs
- Olive oil
- Salt
Difficulty : Easy
- Total time 30 mins.
- Elaboration: 5 min.
- Cooking: 25 mins.
- In a saucepan, fry the slices of bread with olive oil until golden brown.
- Remove the slices of bread.
- In the same pan, fry the crumbled chorizo with the Iberian ham.
- Remove the pan from the fire.
- Cut the garlic into thin strips, cook over low heat for 2 minutes.
- Add to the pan with the garlic, two spoons of sweet paprika with the caldo of meat.
- Add the bread, chorizo and ham.
- Heat the mixture over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Add the 4 eggs.
- Allow 2 minutes more cooking time.
